Hisao joined Applause in April of 2005, as Sales/Marketing Manager.
Prior to joining Applause, he worked for Hitachi/Renesas Technology for 11 years. In Hitachi/Renesus, he was in charge of sales/marketing of SH microcomputer, and he extended his connection and marketing knowledge.

Makiko started her career in Hitachi ULSI Systems in Japan, where she worked for 11 years as a layout designer.
In 1997, she changed the place to work from Japan to US, joinging Arcadia. She worked with Yukio/Takashi/Robert in several projects for Japanese Major IDM companies.
Since 2004, after joining Applause, Makiko spends most of her time in Japan. She is in charge of various work including accounting, administration, PR, and sales/marketing. both in US and Japan.
